(Amazon.com Dec. 2002).
 

He is also the owner of The Stavrou Method, a company based in Toronto, Ontario that takes a preventative approach to health and wellness. George's Philosophy can be summed up in his company Slogan "A Healthy Way To A Better Body And Mind!"
