Bodi Empowerment is an online health magazine. We are dedicated to helping people discover, how they can help themselves in areas of rehabilitation and nutrition. Founded in 2013 Bodi Empowerment is headquartered in the Financial District of Downtown Toronto.

Our mission is to empower you, by guiding your step-by-step self-treatment.

Get ready for a little controversy and a little fun, as a some of the recommendations commonly made by health professionals made are debunked. By filtering out the harmful exercises and nutritional choices we give you a safer and effective way to improve yourself.

At Bodi Empowerment we strive to base our recommendations based on research or expert opinion and spend countless hours reading, going to seminars and talking to the experts.

Offering a unique, single source of knowledge, The site contains "how to" exercises and nutritional advice for your body.

Bodi Empowerment Magazine also hosts the Bodi Empowerment Show on You Tube. The show is complimentary to the Bodi Empowerment magazine.

While the magazine gives you the details the show lets you see the "how to". The Show and magazine can be viewed independently but you would benefit looking at both.

Some topics will include rehabilitation of the low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knees pain, elbow pain, wrist pain, ankle pain  and feet pain. Functional training patterns, strengthening the core, post-surgical rehabilitation.

Nutrition for health maintenance, energy, and conditions like how to decrease pain and inflammation are reviewed.

Dr. Nakamura has 18 years experience in a multidisciplinary clinic and rehabilitation. He established and continually refines his "Program of Care" to improve results for his patients. Personalized and evidence-based treatment include acupuncture, rehabilitation, chiropractic adjustments, myofascial [muscle]release techniques, custom orthotics and modalities like laser and micro-current. During the "Program of Care" a select few exam results are repeated, at the beginning and end of each visit, to determine treatment-day improvements. These improvements then help establish personalized treatments to compare with re-examinations later on, or used as a basis for referral when needed.
